In concrete terms, SEMEO aims to reduce effluent by a factor of 4 to 10, depending on the type of sludge to be dewatered or wastewater to be treated. <\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Ensuring that the state of waste is just one stage in a process of optimizing resources to achieve real benefits for all.
