The slurry (water + sand) is fed into a tank sized according to the flow rate to be treated, and then the sand pump supplies the hydrocyclone at a constant flow rate and pressure. Thanks to the vortex created in the hydrocyclone, the water containing fine particles is collected in the overflow tank, which also automatically stabilizes the level in the main tank. The water containing fine particles is discharged by gravity. <\/p>\n

The hydrocyclone performs the size separation, and the sand is concentrated at the outlet of the hydrocyclone. Thanks to the linear vibration produced by the dewatering machine\u2019s two vibrating motors, the sand moves forward and is dewatered, while the filtrate is recycled back into the tank. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
