DESCRIPTION

TABEO technology is a dewatering table designed to thicken sludge by increasing the
amount of dry matter, thereby minimizing the sludge’s water content.
Designed for the CONTINUOUS thickening of municipal or industrial sludge,
the TABEO dewatering table guarantees a sludge volume reduction ratio of approximately 6 to 7!

How it works

The TABEO dewatering table is based on three essential stages: flocculation, gravity filtration, and thickening. The thickening process begins with flocculation: an initial liquid-solid separation designed to give the sludge a structure. The flocculated sludge is then discharged onto the screen: water flows freely through the screen while the sludge is directed to a final pressing stage. The thickened sludge is then scraped off and discharged.
