How it works

ube filtration (TUBEO System) is a separation technique that removes particles from sludge-laden water using a filter fabric that traps the particles. This separation is enhanced by the upstream injection of a flocculant, which separates the water from the particles (chemical reaction). The sludge is injected into a fabric filter bag. The water is filtered, and the particles are retained in the bag. The water is collected, treated if necessary, and returned to the discharge point. The retained sludge is dewatered for a sufficient period to achieve the desired dryness and then sent to the selected treatment process.
