DESCRIPTION

BATEO is a system designed for pumping and dredging sludge from lagoons or ponds. It is specifically designed to perform cleaning operations regardless of water depth. The sludge is then pumped and discharged into a watertight container several meters away using a suction pump.

Equipped with tracks, it can operate in all types of environments and move out of the water on slopes with an incline of up to 30 degrees.
Thanks to its blade, it can scrape the bottoms of ponds.

How it works

Equipped with a hydraulic pump at the end of the boom, BATEO helps limit the formation
of a “suction cone” and optimize the dry matter content of the pumped material (around 5 to 6% DM). A pump is directly installed on the dredger and coupled to the dredger’s internal combustion engine. The pump is capable of handling coarse material (diameter >500mm).

The suction head is equipped with a cutter that suspends the sludge to facilitate and optimize pumping; it can be adjusted both laterally and vertically.
This equipment is designed to protect the bottom of the lagoons.
