DESCRIPTION
A mobile unit designed for optimal sludge dewatering in a continuous, enclosed system, ideal for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants.
This equipment provides drainage and progressively increases pressure on the sludge prior to discharge, while the filter fabrics are washed at the end of the cycle to ensure optimal, continuous filtration performance.
The optimized roller arrangement ensures better performance, as does the appropriately sized filter fabrics, enabling progressive sludge pressing and improved dryness.

How it works
The sludge is first flocculated (liquid/solid separation) and then discharged onto the filter belt. The released water flows through the mesh of the filter belt. The sludge is then compressed as the belts converge. To ensure that the filter belts retain their filtration capacity, they are continuously washed as they return to the dewatering zone.
