AÉRO is a line of aeration turbines designed for wastewater treatment.
This mobile technology must perform two important functions:
– Ensure optimal mixing of the effluent to keep solid particles in suspension and ensure proper homogenization of the medium,
– Supply the oxygen necessary for treating the effluent.

How it works

How does the AÉRO series work?
The driven rotor agitates the water in the pond and transfers oxygen by utilizing air-water contact through a spray projected onto the pond’s surface: the turbine draws water upward, creating a vacuum as the oxygen sinks back down.
The arrangement and shape of the floats ensure optimal stability and buoyancy.
The rotation speed is determined to allow the rotor to achieve optimal mixing and oxygen transfer efficiency in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
